Simplicity & Transparency- Our agreements are simple, and our policies are transparent. There are no hidden charges. All financials transactions related to your property are detailed and summarized regularly.
Performance Driven- We have zero signup fees. You pay annually as you go. We do not charge per tenant placement and hence are incentivized to get you long stay verified tenants. We pay even when you do not have a tenant. Finding a tenant is completely our responsibilities.

Amenities provided with the property, example : lift, security, housekeeping facilities,swimming pool services, club house, indoor and outdoor games etc.

It will be mentioned in the agreement. Usually we provide 3 months notice period.
If you get some trouble you can contact with our 24 * 7 support team. They will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Generally we have 90 days gap period for property verification but as per owner request property verification can happen at any point of time.
Employee Id and details of the family members who will stay in that flat, local refrence from the tenant side.
Certificate which includes:
Goverment Id and property document stating owner name on the document like tax payment slip.
